# 3.4 Cách tính SPS (khái niệm)
SPS không phải là một chỉ số đơn giản.
Nó được tính dựa trên nhiều tín hiệu khác nhau từ hoạt động của người dùng cùng với trọng số của hoạt động đó.
Các yếu tố có thể bao gồm:
* chất lượng nội dung
* tương tác cộng đồng
* lịch sử tài khoản
* hành vi trên nền tảng.
Một số yếu tố có thể có trọng số cao hơn, ví dụ:
* nội dung có tương tác thật
* hoạt động lâu dài
* tài khoản đã xác minh.
* điểm tín dụng Soei tốt.
