# 10.1.3 Risk Warning

### 1. General Warning

Soei is a platform for content, communities, creators, brand campaigns, Credits, rewards, and internal benefits. Users should carefully review the applicable terms before participating in any feature or program.

Using Soei may involve risks relating to technology, content, data, fraud, reward programs, third parties, or policy changes.

### 2. Credit and Reward Risks

Credits are not money, have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or resold, are not payment instruments, and cannot be traded outside the platform.

Credits, digital gifts, rewards, and Reward Access:

* May be limited, expire, be revoked, canceled, or adjusted;
* Are subject to the conditions of each program;
* May change due to technical errors, fraud, abuse controls, or legal requirements; and
* Do not guarantee income or any right to receive money for users or creators.

Users must not rely on Credits, digital gifts, or Reward Access as assets, money, investments, guaranteed income, or financial entitlements.

### 3. Technology Risks

Soei may experience errors, interruptions, delays, connectivity issues, display inaccuracies, reward-point errors, campaign errors, or security risks. Soei will make reasonable efforts to address such issues but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

### 4. Content Risks

Most content on Soei is created by users, creators, or brands. Although Soei operates moderation systems, it cannot guarantee the immediate detection of all inaccurate, harmful, unlawful, or misleading content.

Users should independently evaluate information and must not treat content on Soei as legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional advice unless confirmed by a properly authorized source.

### 5. Third-Party Risks

Third-party campaigns, advertisements, links, services, or content may be governed by separate terms. Users should carefully review the applicable conditions before participating or providing information.

### 6. Creator and Brand Program Risks

Eligibility for a Creator Program, Brand Campaign, or separate payout program does not guarantee payment, a contract, revenue, or rewards.

Any real-money payment, where applicable, will be made only under a separate agreement or applicable program terms and after completing verification, fraud review, tax, and compliance requirements.
